It’s hard to imagine that in three months we’ll be off; the waiting is becoming more and more difficult and as for concentrating on work – nigh on impossible.
All the big things have been taken care of: House is sold, belongings have been given away or sold. The camper has found a new owner and we’ve handed in our notice.
Now we’re working our way through the “to do” list which amongst other things means:
- De-registering at the local town hall
- Getting new bank passes and credit cards
- New driver’s license
- Ensuring our vaccinations are up-to-date
and a multitude of other things.
The good thing is that over the last six months we’ve been able to get our physical mail down to nearly zero. Until we get a PO box in Kuala Lumpur, I have a wonderful Boss who is willing to take care of any mail we may still get – You know who you are Louis 🙂
